PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be process for shipping. We make every effort to fulfilled orders as quick as possible. Keep in mind that custom orders will have a slightly different processing time that will be provided in the listing.

SHIPPING

We ship! both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. We offer a variety of shipping options such as first class, priority mail or express. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee. Domestic first class 2-8 business days, 2-3 days for domestic priority mail and 1-2 business days for domestic Express mail. International shipping will take longer.

IN STORE PICK UP

Store pickup offers a convenient option to skip shipping fees and collect your order locally. Simply select the local pickup option during checkout, and within 1 to 2 business days, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup. 

Please note that if your order requires special personalization, the processing time may vary slightly. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email notification containing instructions for pickup. 

Our in-store pickup hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. When you come to collect your order, please remember to bring your order confirmation email for verification.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

At Five Elements Home Essentials, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we understand that exchanges may be necessary in certain circumstances. Therefore, we offer the option to exchange non-personalized pieces within 2 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that if the exchange requires shipping, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. Rest assured; our team is here to assist you in finding the perfect piece that meets your expectations.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us withing 24 hrs. after delivery at info@fehomeessentials.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
